Shipping, Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy – ThermoX Solutions

At ThermoX Solutions, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully for clarity on timelines, methods, and expectations.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification via email and/or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

Note: Order processing times are separate from shipping/delivery times. Please allow for possible delays during peak seasons, high volume, or courier service disruptions that are beyond our control.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India using reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post.

Shipping charges and available options are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping speed.

3. Local Delivery & Pickup (If Available)

For select areas near our warehouse location, we offer local delivery or in-store pickup options:

  • Free Local Delivery: Available for orders above ₹2,000 within Panki.
  • Pickup Option: You may choose to pick up your order at our office between 10 AM – 5 PM on working days. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we are not offering international shipping through our website. We only deliver within India at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor the delivery status through the courier partner’s website.

6. Delays & Responsibility

While we ensure timely dispatch, delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen factors are beyond our control. Our liability ends once the consignment is handed over to the shipping carrier.

7. Delivery Address & Support

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details to avoid missed deliveries.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes regarding payment or delivery, ThermoX Solutions will make best efforts to resolve the issue amicably within 7 business days. If further escalation is needed, customers can reach out to payment Getway via their dispute resolution process or relevant legal channels.

Returns Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Return: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products like software, clearance items, and customized orders may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description before purchasing.
  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
  4. Refund Policy: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  5. Shipping Charges on Returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  6. Exchanges: If you need to exchange a product for the same item due to defects or damage, please contact our support team.

Refund Policy

We believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. We does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1-2 days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1-2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by us, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You have requested a cancellation before the product has been shipped.
  • In the case of software products or digital downloads, refund eligibility will depend on usage and activation status.
2. Time Frame for Refund Request
  • Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • For products under warranty or service contracts, please refer to the Warranty & Support Policy.
3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, invoice copy, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. If applicable, we may request photos or videos of the product to verify the claim.
  4. Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Customized or special-order items unless they are defective.
  • Downloaded or activated software products.
5. Exchange Option

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer an exchange or store credit, especially for minor defects or if the customer prefers.
